Yes! When you upgrade, your new quota takes effect immediately. Your existing usage carries over — we don't reset it mid-cycle.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
We stop processing new transcriptions when you reach your limit. There are no surprise overage charges. You can upgrade at any time to get more minutes.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. Cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
